One of my readers thought I would be interested in how his hospital is educating and informing its staff on their new social media policy. Developing a policy is easy, but finding a creative way to entertain while you are communicating your organizations expectations on social media takes a little more initiative and creativity.
I say Floyd Medical Center "ROCKS!!" for having a social media policy and finding another social media tool (YouTube) to help them educate and really engage their staff.
