AHRQ just released a report on Child Health Research. This collection of research data is important becasue children and adolescents are growing and developing, and their health care needs, use of services, and outcomes are very different from those of adults. Furthermore, adolescents have different health care needs than younger children. Thus, specialized research is necessary to improve health care services for children and adolescents.
