The first group of Arbequina olives are ready for planting as soon as Fall arrives and the rains start. Several already have beautiful fruit that should be ready for harvest in November. This first batch will be brined and enjoyed a couple of months later.
Thistle Springs Ranch grows hops, arbequina olives, pomegranates, air plants and oaks. We are located off of Bryson-Hesperia Road in the southwest corner of Monterey County. It is located 45 minutes north of Paso Robles between lakes San Antonio and Nacimiento.
